T-Shirt Guys Terms & Conditions:
- Branding
- Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices effective at time of invoicing.
- T-Shirt Guys reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colours and sizes.
- Prices on quotes are valid for 72 hours and confirmed once stock is confirmed.
- 20% handling fee on cancelled orders after artwork approval and deposit.
- We work on a 5% reject allowance on prints where specified.
- 70% deposit required before artwork commences. Full payment is required on orders less than R1000 excluding VAT and final payment before delivery and full payment on online shop bought products.
- Pricing is subject to an A6 size for printing on front and A4 size on the back unless otherwise specified.
- Pricing is subject to all items having same branding unless otherwise specified.
- Purchases are subject to stock availability after deposit or full payment is received.
- No refunds or returns will be accepted on rush orders, Urgent jobs are subject to rush fees.
- Prices are subject to change based on final artwork where the approval attracts higher cost due to changes and redraw.
- It is understood that the customer has full right and permission to use any logos, trademarks, copyrights etc. handed to us for branding and the customer takes full responsibility for and legal proceedings should that not be the case.
- We will not be held responsible for and damage or loss caused by whatsoever including branding errors on customers own supply of garments or items. Please supply extra’s when we brand on your garments.
- Payments can be made before delivery by proof of EFT, we may ask for funds to be cleared in certain instances with EFT’s.
- Our lead time is generally 5 - 10 working days from deposit and artwork approval - Volume, stock and application dependant. Advise if you need a rushed order. This does not include shipping time.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notification to customer.
- Orders are counted with a member of our staff before leaving our premises. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you are not happy with our product or if your product is not correct. After 78hours, discrepancies that have not been communicated with our staff will not be considered or accepted.
- Once stock has been delivered/collected we have no control over it. As such we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages. Whilst every effort has been made to fulfil all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an external branding company, we ask that you check all items received before they get branded.
- We will accept no responsibility for any mistakes or misprints on art and accepted proofs.
- No returns on branded items
- In the case of stock being sent by the client’s courier, the client accepts our dispatch policy as being correct and no claims will be entered into in connections with shortages.
- Any shrinkage will be within accepted international standards as long as the washing instructions on the label are adhered to. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect washing of garments.
- Whilst every measure is taken to ensure high standard garments, dark coloured cotton garments are not suitable for applications where garment is exposed to excessive sunlight and/or perspiration, as this will result in fading.
- Privacy
- We respect your right to privacy. At T-Shirt Guys we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. T-Shirt Guys does not store your credit card information. T-Shirt Guys will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
- Our websites do utilize 'cookies' to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information solely to make our website easier for our customers to use.
- Samples
- Samples must be returned for a credit within 7 working days from the date of the invoice with a copy of the original invoice enclosed and must be returned in original condition and packaging. Samples not fit for resale will result in samples not being accepted for return.
- No handling fee if it leads to a larger order.
- Branded samples are not returnable.
- Payment
- Orders will only be released once payment has reflected in our bank account. Unless you have a prior arrangement.
- All goods remain the property of T-Shirt Guys until paid in full.
- Online payments are made through PayFast. Other orders are paid via EFT unless a separate PayFast credit or debit card arrangement has been made.
- Cash deposits into our bank account may result in the cash deposit fee being charged to your account.
- Payments from outside SA take between 4 and 7 working days to clear and goods will only be released when payment reflects in our bank account.
- Consumers may go to https://payfast.io to view PayFast security policies.
- Cancellation
- Incorrect deposits or cancellations before artwork and ordering commences will only be refunded once cleared and is subject to a minimum of R100 admin fee.
- Cancellations will only be accepted before branding commences but subject to any art charges, screen charges and any other costs already incurred like handling fees for return of goods by relevant supplier etc.
- Written orders constitute a binding contract and are legally enforceable.
- Cancellations may be subject to a 20% handling and admin fee.
- Returns
- No refunds, returns or exchanges once items are branded.
- Check our size charts and garment style, we don’t accept returns due to incorrect sizes or garments that don’t fit.
- Refunds that are due will be subject to the return of the rejected items.
- Delivery and collection fees with regards to the return of rejects will not be covered by us depending on the error.
- No returns on items on promotion.
- An invoice must accompany all returns.
- Unbranded garments, in their original condition will only be accepted back within 7 working days for a replacement, credit or refund (No cash refunds) subject to a handling fee.
- Garments that are printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or branded or not in a resaleable condition will not be accepted for return.
- Ensure your invoice is correct before branding, we are not liable to contribute to any printing costs under any circumstances. We highly recommend that all customers check their orders rather than having them delivered directly.
- We recommend buying samples prior to making final orders.
- No returns on special orders unless there is fault with the stock.
- Collections and Delivery
- Goods not collected within 60 days will be sold to defray costs.
- Delivery of the complete order is free to most areas around Johannesburg and Pretoria. Additional charges for longer distances and larger orders. Other factors that might attract additional charges include outlying areas, distribution centres, driver waiting periods, farms or plots etc.
- Courier delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Orders will only be released once payment has reflected in our bank account.
- Once stock has been collected from or delivered by T-Shirt Guys we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages.
- Online
- An online sales order placed does not constitute an official invoice as it still needs to be processed by a sales consultant.
- Orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock, you can contact us.
- We will not be held accountable for mistakes made by the client or any of their representatives. Check your order carefully before checking out. Should there be an error, contact customer service.
- Although utmost care has been taken in ensuring registration of legitimate users, We will not be held liable for fraudulent accounts.
- Although the information provided on this website is carefully checked, errors or omissions may occur.
- Online payment
- Orders will only be processed once payment has been received. Orders are only released once payment reflects in T-Shirt Guys bank account.
